Working for the Weekend

Today was Saturday. It started with a work day at school at 10 am this morning. We cleaned out closets and worked really hard to throw out stuff and rearrange everything to make it look nicer. It took about 4 hours and we didn't get completely finished but it does look so much better. I then ran a couple of errands, came home and cleaned up, and relaxed for a little bit until BJ got home from football and we went to eat at Chuy's. I was excited to actually go out...and I got to wear my new red shoes

aren't they super cute :) I have also been working on a new knitting project. It is called Lynne's Paw Shawl and it is being made with Orkney Yarn from Scotland. It is angora and is really soft. It is not finished yet, but you can see that it has a good start

Other than that we are trying to keep up with the Vanderbilt game tonight, but it is sad because we don't get it on the tv here :( However, Austin is keeping updated through the internet and Granny Sue. I am hoping to get some scrapping in tomorrow. I have a ton of stuff to do for school this week, but hopefully, I can carve out some time tomorrow :) I hope everyone else had a very productive weekend!
