All right...

school is out! Woo Hoo! And we are now back from our nice relaxing beach vacation :) Tomorrow officially starts the hectic wanting to get all of the summer work finished in the first week thing...lol! Anyway, today was BJ's birthday and he requested a Red Velvet cake with cream cheese icing. I made it all from scratch and it was YUMMY (and I don't even like red velvet cake)! I know it wasn't much to look at, but in my defense, cream cheese icing is really hard to decorate with because it is so thick and has a strange consistency. Well, today, I will leave you a picture of the cake. I hope to have vacation pics up soon.....
